Gluten Free Aunt B

So apparently going “gluten free” is a fad in some places these days: SEE THIS ARTICLE

However, I wasn’t one of those people who wanted to “join the crowd” so to speak.  Well, yesterday I became one.  Not by choice.

I am allergic to wheat.

Wheat is in everything!

Sheesh!
